Normandie Stud

Enplan worked on behalf of the owner of Normandie Stud, Kirdford. A Planning application was submitted for the removal of the existing main stud farm building and its replacement with improved state of the art foaling facilities including new staff accommodation.

Enplan worked with the owner to seek improvements to the existing buildings by replacing the principal building with a high quality new stud farm building and the creation of a lodge at the main entrance to the stud..

The £2 million building, now completed, is a high quality bespoke development designed specifically to enhance the visual appearance to the complex and be environmentally sensitive to its surroundings. The building, designed by Neil Holland Architects, received a Sussex Heritage Trust Award in 20008.
