Enplan provided LVIA, Open Space Assessment and Masterplanning services, along with Biodiversity Net Gain design input, in support of a hybrid planning application for a commercial development outside Milton Keynes.

After outline consent was granted, the scheme was divided into two phases. Enplan remained appointed as landscape architect for Phase 1, preparing detailed design and construction packages and providing site supervision to ensure delivery in accordance with the drawings and to the highest standard.

Following the successful completion of Phase 1, Enplan was instructed to develop the landscape proposals for a Reserved Matters Application for Phase 2. Planning permission was granted in January 2025 and a full Stage 4 information set was issued in October 2025.
