Eddington

Enplan worked with Bennetts Construction to deliver the landscape for the three-parcel Eddington residential development (Fundable Works, S1 and S2) following completion of RIBA Stage 4 external works drawings by others. 

For the Fundable Works, Enplan designed and secured Reserved Matters approval for improvements to two existing roads in line with the Eddington Design Code, preparing full hard and soft landscape technical packs to discharge all remaining conditions. Parcel S1, a major housing scheme structured around a ‘Green Road’, was developed from RIBA Stage 4 through to a full construction and tender package.

Enplan was retained post-tender to oversee implementation and coordinate with the client’s landscape architect. Parcel S2 is a raised podium courtyard enclosed by new apartments.

Enplan developed the scheme from RIBA Stage 4 to construction and tender stage, incorporating a public pavilion, MUGA, gym, water play and sculpted planting mounds.
