Toads Hole Valley

An urban expansion proposal for Brighton comprising 700 homes, secondary school and business area on an exposed and challenging site between the city’s edge and the South Downs National Park. Enplan have promoted the site through the development of the Brighton & Hove City Plan and have been able to achieve a successful allocation for the development within the Plan. Enplan are currently managing the preparation of a planning application, masterplan and Environmental Statement for the project.
