We are working on an really exciting sustainable masterplan for a new development in Warwickshire for 350 units. The development will be a sustainable zero carbon legacy for the future exploring new technologies, driverless and electric cars, self contained energy production, water recycling, and bio diverse landscape.

We were commissioned to undertake the landscape strategy, design code and landscape chapter for the environmental impact assessment. The project was submitted as an outline planning application in September 2015.
