We have undertaken landscape and visual impact assessments for proposed residential developments ranging from 5 to 1,500 homes for developer clients in a wide variety of landscape settings including AONBs and Heritage Coasts, metropolitan Green Belts and urban brownfield sites. We also undertake peer reviews of strategies and assessments by local authorities as part of site promotion and the assessments of other practitioners provided with planning applications for planning authorities.
