Normandie Stud

Enplan prepared the successful planning application for the removal of the main stud farm building and replacement with state of the art foaling facilities, new staff accommodation and a new manager’s lodge at the entrance. The £2 million bespoke development is designed to enhance the visual appearance of the complex and be environmentally sensitive to its surroundings. Designed by Neil Holland Architects the new foaling building received a Heritage Trust Award.
