New Monks

Enplan has promoted New Monks Farm, Lancing through the Adur Local Development Framework process and has provided planning, masterplanning and environmental advice to the owner developers of the site. The proposal is to develop a regeneration and economic development led option for the site to include market and affordable housing (circa 600 dwellings in total), community benefits, employment opportunities and substantial open space and sporting opportunities. Other benefits will include enhanced sustainable transport links between the site, Lancing station, local schools and retail centres.
