Neighbourhood Plans

Enplan has undertaken advisory and the principal authorship roles on a number of Neighbourhood Plans including the related sustainability appraisals and submission evidence base. For Burgess Hill Enplan assisted the Town Council in the development of an ambitious plan comprising the development of 4,000 homes to deliver facilities and infrastructure valued at £40M. Other more modest village-scale plans have been prepared for Lavant, Fairlight, Southwater and Battle.
