LAUGHARNE HOLIDAY PARK

Redevelopment of Laugharne Park in Wales for Seasons Holidays. The site is located adjacent to Dylan Thomas’s Boat House and Milkwood (as per the poem ‘Under Milkwood’) in the historic village of Laugharne on the River Taff Estuary. As part of the EIA process a series of photomontages were undertaken due to the sensitive nature of the site. After obtaining outline planning in 2012 we prepared detail designs for phase 1 of the site which included the new conference centre and leisure club along with new villas. The work comprised detail design, planting plans and construction details.
