Enplan have been responsible for co-ordinating and preparing the Environmental Impact Assessment submitted alongside a successful outline planning application for 480 new homes, including Green Infrastructure and Masterplanning aspects, Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment, the production of the Planning Statement and Sustainability Report and managing a team of consultants working on the Transport Statement & Infrastructure Appraisal, Flood Risk Assessment, Ecological Scoping and Hedgerow Survey and Archaeology report.
