Hurst Farm

An urban extension of Haywards Heath for up to 400 homes. Enplan is acting on behalf of the local authority and other landowners of the site and has promoted the site through the Neighbourhood Plan and Local Plan process. We are currently preparing a planning application, Masterplan, and EIA of the proposal for submission during 2016. The mixed use scheme includes residential development together some commercial and a new primary school.
