Charters


The design of a £1m external works scheme for the conversion of a listed 1930’s modernist country house to high value apartments together with the construction of two residential blocks within the grounds. Charters, Ascot, was completed in 1938 and is considered to be a key modernist building of the 1930’s and Grade II listed. The landscape scheme includes the restoration of the parkland structure including the water gardens, new driveways and entrances, courtyards, terraces and roof gardens. Winner of the Evening Standard’s Annual Award for the Best Residential Scheme.
