Brading Wetland Project
The proposals for the Brading Marshes site, Isle of Wight, are to develop a sustainable 60 lodge holiday complex and to restore and environmentally enhance 100 acres of this brownfield site to form an extension to the RSPBs Nature Reserve together with a Visitor Centre. Two, three and four bedroom lodges would be bespoke designed at a low density in a contemporary style, serviced by a central reception/health suite building. Enplan managed the planning application, Environmental Statement, public consultation and undertook the masterplanning and design, including outline design for all the buildings.
