The existing rear garden was removed and a two storey basement located in the space. This contained a swimming pool. The aim of the garden was to provide a linear water channel with a glass bottom to allow light to the pool beneath. The garden stepped down on either side via formal terraces and structure planting. To the rear of the garden a leisure outdoor room and spa was located with a grass roof for entertainment. This was surrounded by a pergola and vine planting.
